This flag indicates whether the function module which is to be executed requires online processing.
If processing (WF_PROCESS) is carried out by an online user, this flag is irrelevant.
If processing takes place in the background, all rules requiring online processing are removed from the rule selection set.
These rules can therefore not be executed in background processing.
