Documentation

Definition

Date for the lower limit of the validity for sales price conditions that are to be included in the report for subsequent structuring of pricing documents directly from conditions (RWVKPIC3 and RWVKPIC4). For the condition to be included in the program, its "valid to" date must be later than or the same as this minimum validity date.

Use

You can use the minimum validity date to restrict the selection of sales price conditions, for which pricing documents are to be created.

Dependencies

Example

You no longer want to create pricing documents for sales price conditions that lie in the past. Select the current date for the minimum validity date, as suggested by the system.

You want to create pricing documents for all sales price conditions, so that you can document the margin for the sales prices, for example. Delete the minumum validity date to capture all conditions.

In your company, sales prices are always recalculated at the beginning of the month. Set the minimum validity date to the date at the start of the next month. This means that pricing documents are only generated for sales price conditions that still also need to be adjusted when changes are made to purchasing conditions using the pricing worklist function.
