Definition

Indicator that controls whether the document quantity from the selected reference document (for example, the purchase order quantity in the case of purchase orders, or the delivery quantity in the case of deliveries) are displayed in the Goods Receipt Quantity field on the entry screen of the goods receipt application in SAP Retail Store.

Use

The indicator is maintained in the Customizing schema for the goods receipt in Customizing for the SAP Retail Store component.

If the indicator is set and partial deliveries have already been made for an item in the reference document, the system displays the missing remaining quantities in relation to the document quantity of the reference document.

The system does not take this indicator into account if shipping units are displayed in a delivery and the detail screen for a shipping unit is called. The goods receipt quantity is then always displayed with the quantity from the shipping unit. The reason for this procedure is that a quantity check has already taken place at the packing stage. However, you can continue to change the goods receipt quantity manually.
