Definition

Sales price of a material in the affected organizational level on a defined key date.

Use

The initial price in sales price calculation provides a possible starting point for direct transfer (sales price determination type "C") or for a percentage or absolute price change (sales price determination type "D" or "E") as part of sales price determination.

If the initial price is used, you must enter the value "INIPR" for the parameter "list field" in the purchase price determination sequence. If no particular key date for the initial price is entered, the system normally uses the start date of the validity period entered as the key date.

Display in the sales price calculation function

The initial price appears in the list field "INIPR" of the pricing table.
