Documentation
Definition
Movement Type that is used for posting additional items in the goods receipt application in SAP Retail Store.
Use
Unlike the relevant transaction in SAP Retail, the movement type for the specified type of goods movement is saved as a default in the Customizing Schema for the goods receipt in Customizing for the SAP Retail Store component. This avoids an explicit entry in the goods receipt application dialog and simplifes the screen sequence in SAP Retail Store applications.
Dependencies
To set additional items in goods receipt, you must set the Permissibility of Additional Items Indicator in the specified Customizing schema.
Example
Movement type 101 is normally used for this type of goods movement if you want to generate a purchase order for the additional items in background processing. In all other cases, use movement type 501.
