Definition

Sales unit of measure for a material that is maintained for the distribution chain of an internal vendor (supplying plant) who supplies a pricing item, and that is used in sales price calculation.

Use

This sales unit of measure is needed in sales price calculation to ensure that pricing items are reconciled correctly within two-step price calculation. Generally, the reconciliation is geared towards the sales price of a material in the sales unit of measure.

The sales unit of measure for the sales price of the internal vendor is displayed in the "procurement" group box in the detail screen of a pricing item.
