Definition
In this field, you specify whether ordinary depreciation in this depreciation area:
- Is always negative or zero (that is, the symbol for ordinary depreciation is '-'). This is the most common case.
- Is always positive or zero (that is, the symbol for ordinary depreciation is '+'). This is the case, for example, in depreciation areas that depreciate a negative acquisition value.
- Can be positive or negative or zero (that is, the symbol for ordinary depreciation is '*'). This is normally the case in derived depreciation areas.
- Not used (that is, the symbol for ordinary depreciation is '0')
