Definition
Storage location which the material is stored in. Within a plant there can be one or more storage locations.
Use
During POS - interface inbound processing, the storage location is used to select the relevant physical inventory document.
The storage location specified in the physical inventory document is transferred into this field during POS - interface outbound processing of the physical inventory documents.
System Response
This field can remain empty during POS - interface inbound processing of the actual count data. If you do not specify the storage location, the system uses the default storage location stored for the store.
Note
Specify the storage location with four digits and left justification.
