Definition
Name of the person responsible in the store.
Use
In the store, each counted physical inventory document can be marked with the name of the person responsible and date and time of the count, in order to clearly identify the document.
If the document was marked this way, then inbound processing tests whether a document with this indicator has already been posted in the past week. If it has, the document is not posted again.
When uploading the count data, this field may be empty.
The fields DNAME, DDATE and DTIME uniquely identify a document in the IDoc. If these fields are filled (the values have to be entered by the person responsible in the store), this document will only be posted once. If the test for double posting is carried out, table WVFB2 will have to be reorganized from time to time with the simulation store physical inventory/sales price change (transaction WVFI).
Dependencies
The field is only useful when used in conjunction with the fields DDATE and DTIME.
