Definition
The number which uniquely assigns the material, that has been produced in batches, lots or production lots, to a certain batch.
Use
During inbound processing of the count data, this field is used to identify the inventory document item. The field is a mandatory field if the count data of a material to be handled in batches is transferred to the intermediate document item.
In POS outbound processing of the physical inventory documents, the batch specified in the inventory document item is transferred in this field.
Note
The identifier for batches in the the ERP Ssstem has ten characters.
