Sales price for a base unit of measure of the material
Use
This field is not evaluated in IDoc inbound processing.
In POS interface outbound processing of physical inventory documents, the sales price is determined for the planned date of the physical inventory count and copied to this field for the materials in the physical inventory document, which are managed in units of weight. The currency is then transferred to the WAERS field. The sales price can be used by the PDC unit in the store to determine the weight of materials with variable weights, provided these materials have an EAN that contains the sales price (for example, EAN 21).
Notes
If decimal places are used for the currency concerned in the SAP System, the sales price is transferred using the format "<whole number>.<decimal places>".
If the currency concerned only uses whole numbers, the sales price is transferred in the format "<whole number amount>".
The sales price contains either one or no decimal points. (Examples: '1000.55', '10', '17.599').
Make sure that you only fill the field for materials that are managed in a unit of weight. If you want to fill the field for other materials or want to limit when this field can be filled even further, you can use BADI "BADI_WVFI_ADD". (As of Release 4.70 with the Enterprise Add-On 1.0A.)
The field is supported as of Release 4.70 by the Enterprise Add-On 1.0A.
