Definition
Interest rate that always corresponds to the interest rate of the secured debt for mortgages. For land charges, on the other hand, an interest rate can be arranged that deviates from the debt, and be entered. Provided that this interest rate has been entered, the mortgaged property is also liable for this. Circumstances permitting, the real interest which has been entered can be asserted for a period of up to 4 years.
