Definition

If the rental agreement number is automatically set up as a combination of the BE and RU, you can specify a character which separates parts of the number from each other here. If no separator is required, this field must remain empty.

You can only make an entry in this field if the buildings/property number is not taken into consideration when allocating the rental agreement number.

Example

(In each case, the number of positions is a result of the number range definition)

BE: 12, (4 positions), RU: 3001 (4 positions), separator: '.'

The rental agreement numbers are assigned as follows:
0012.3001.001
0012.3001.002 ...

If the separator were empty, the numbers would be as follows:
0001203001001
0001203001002 ...
