Definition
The sequence number shows the order in which the role categories are checked as possible recipients for a form letter.
Example
If the following is maintained for a contract type,
Seq.No. Role cat.
1 0601
2 0600
first a contract with the corresponding contract type is checked to see whether it has a partner with the role category 0601. If it does, all partners with this role category are recipients of the letter. If it does not, the contract is checked in the same way for role category 0600.
