Portion of the costs which is predistributed to this settlement unit.
Use
You can only enter a value here if you have selected a predistribution of the costs according to percentage rate of hot water consumption.
Procedure
In this case there are two ways to define the calculation basis for the predistribution:
- Automatic calculation of the percentage according to §9a of the German Heating expenses regulations.
- To do this, position the cursor on the selected SU and choose the Heating expenses distribution forumla function.
- The system calculates the hot water portion according to the data for the formula. You can manually distribute the remaining costs (not hot water portion) to the other SUs.
- Manual entry of the percentage rate
- This is only possible when there is no data in the Heating expenses distribution forumla.
Dependencies
- If you have chosen a Predistribution according to equivalence number the system enters a percentage rate here which corresponds to the portion of the value in the Equiv field as indicated by the equivalence number in this row.
- This field is not relevant for predistribution according to apportionment unit; it is set to 0%.
