Definition

Indicator specifies how the posting of the condition amount is to be calculated if

  • The contract start is at the beginning of the month
  • The contract end is not at the end of the month.

Use

Indicator 0 Always pro rate is set:

Calculation of the amount is always pro rate according to predefined calculation methods for the rent start and the rent end.

Indicator 2 Never pro rate (begin and end: whole month) is set:

The amount is always calculated for the whole month even if the contract start is not at the beginning of the month or the contract end is not at the end of the month.

Indicator 4 Contract start: pro rate, contract end: whole month is set:

Calculation of the amount is made pro rate according to predefined calculation methods for the contract start.

In the case of the contract end, the amount of the whole month is calculated.

Indicator 6 Contract start: whole month, contract end: pro rate is set.

Calculation of the amount is made according to the indicator "4".
