Definition
Determines the area in which an activity or object is used (for example, new business, rollover, dunning).
You can define the activity type yourself in table TDP6. The key 'P' is reserved for rollover, 'E' for the contract currency changeover to the euro, and 'N' for new business.
In the table where the activity type is assigned to the condition types relevant for a variant, the activity type is used to define the condition types that are relevant for the corresponding activity. For example, the condition types that apply for the nominal interest entry in the variant for the rollover method are defined via the flow category 'TZ' and activity type 'P'.
