Use
To edit the assignment of individual rental units, double-click this field.
A participation ID can be assigned to any number of settlement units. The participating rental units are determined by defining the ID.
Example
Business entity: 1234
Participation ID: ALL
Description: All rental units of business entity 1234
All rental units of BE 1234 are assigned to this identification. All settlement units that will be valid for all of these rental units can use this ID.
If a rental unit is added to BE 1234 (for example, the attic is converted to an apartment), this new RU can be assigned to the ID as of the corresponding date.
As of that date, the service charge settlement takes the new rental unit into account for all settlement units which use this ID.
