Definition

The indicator displays which status the respective data record has:

• P = Memo record; the data record is at the planning stage and can still be changed.
• V = Processed record; the data record was already processed during input tax treatment and can no longer be changed.
• I = Actual record; the data record has been processed and the accompanying outflow posting has been carried out in Asset Management. The record can no longer be changed.

Definition

The user can define the different ways in which one status can be transferred to another. Depending on the change and transition transactions predefined in the applications, you can make the transition by entering:
'Entry status' 'Target status'

The entry status describes the status of an object before transition.
