Definition
Here you can specify whether calculations made for the
representative list of rents points of
this fixtures/fittings characteristic should be dependent on other master data. The following methods are intended specifically for this
- 00 - No special method
The representative list of rents points are specified for each fixtures/ fittings characteristic (default value)
- 01 - Points for the location
The representative list of rents points are defined in Customizing for each business entity regional location.
- 02 - Age of building
The points which are deducted due to the age of the building are calculated in dependence of the year the building was built using the following formula:
(Current year - year of construction - No. of years new) * representative list of rents points
The "Number of years new" is defined depending on the tenancy law. If the object is newer than the "Number of years new", no deduction is made.
