Documentation
Definition
Indicates how the system interprets the availability of objects for the general contract.
Use
00 Contract has no objects
No objects are assigned to the contract, for example:
Vendor contract with an electric power company for which payments are made without object reference.
01 Objects are T-rented
Objects assigned to this type of vendor contract are indicated by the system as tenant-rented objects.
The system sets the status to 2 tenant-rented in the master data
of the objects being assigned to the contract (also refer to field documentation Availability of real estate objects).
02 Objects are rented
Warning: Function has not yet been released!
An availability check is carried out for objects which are to be assigned to this contract:
- Do objects exist in your portfolio?
- Are objects tenant-rented? (assigned to a contract with 02 indicator)
03 Objects are managed
Warning: Function has not yet been released!
A check is carried to find out whether objects are already assigned to a management contract.
99 Other reference
Contract is assigned objects, but regard these as information only; this means that these objects are available for assignment to another general contract.
