Definition

Condition type in the rental unit that considers the rent adjustment as a false occupancy charge.

Dependencies

The following occurs during the first rent adjustment

  • If the valid-from date of the first rent adjustment is after the date on which the occupancy obligation for the apartment ends (Public subsidy to field in rental unit), then this condition is no longer valid.

  • The regularly calculated rent cap is compared to the current rent plus this charge (plus a possible settlement payment) and the highest value is used as the new upper rent limit.
