Definition
Condition type for the rental unit which considers the rent adjustment as a settlement payment.
Dependencies
The following occurs during the first rent adjustment:
- If the valid-from date of the first rent adjustment is after date on which the occupancy obligation of the apartment ends (Public subsidy to field in rental agreement) this condition is no longer valid.
- The regularly calculated rent cap is compared to the current rent plus this charge (plus a possible false occupancy charge) and the highest value is used as the new upper rent limit.
