Definition

Via this indicator, you can control how the ID number should be created. The ID number is printed in the premium reserve fund lists.

The following options are supported in the system:

  1. Automatic ID number assignment:

    The ID number is assigned by the system. The structure corresponds to BAV regulations.

  2. Manual ID number assignment:

    The ID number is assigned manually by the user.

  3. Old ID number and assignment of a new ID number:

    The system automatically assigns a new ID number. In a transfer phase (usually of one year), the old (historical) ID number can be managed as well.

  4. Automatic ID number/ For loans and securities: Contract or ID number:

    The ID number is automatically assigned by the system. For the loans and securities areas, the contract number or the security ID number is integrated.

  5. Automatic ID number/ For loans and securities: Contract or ID number, old ID no. also printed:

    The ID number is assigned automatically by the system. For the loans and securities areas, the contract number or the security ID number is integrated. In addition to the newly-generated ID no., the system prints the old ID no. in the premium reserve fund lists (if an old ID number was maintained).
