Definition
This field specifies whether future condition items are taken into consideration when the rent of the current record is adjusted:
' ': No future records were taken into consideration
'1': Additional adjustment records were created for the future on the
basis of the current record
'2': The current adjustment record is a "future record"
The field is set to '1' or '2', if the adjustment of the subsequent items was selected by the user and for example, adjusted as follows:
Example
A graduated contract is adjusted on 01/07/95 via an index-linked rent adjustment. The index has risen from 100 to 110 points (10 % increase).
