Documentation
Definition
This field allows you to define a one-level hierarchy over the representative lists of rents (RLR). For this purpose, the key of the upper-level RLR is entered in the lower-level RLR, while this field remains blank in the upper-level RLR.
If this field is maintained, the system provides a where-used list of all RLRs which refer to an upper-level RLR.
Applications
RLRs are usually linked in this way when there is a main RLR (=upper-level RLR) usually used for adjustments, and one or more other RLRs (=lower-level) which are used only in special cases (such as for modernized apartments). If the main RLR is modified, this also causes this special RLR to be modified. In this case, the where-used list helps to find all RLRs that need to be modified.
Annotations
This field is not evaluated, for example, during a rent adjustment.
