Documentation
Definition
Describes the organizational unit that arranged the loan contract.
Use
In the standard Loans Management system there are four independent fields in the loan master data that you can use to represent the organizational unit of the authority that has arranged the loan.
There are proposals for the field names. You can define your own field content since it is not used by the program logic within Loans Management. The fields can also be used for the organizational units of other loan-related authorities, such as those that manage loans.
The fields Sales Region and Branch Office contain key terms. You must define their names in the Customizing settings for Loans Management, in the IMG activities Define Regions and Define Branch Offices respectively.
The Organizational District and Agent District fields are free input fields and the system does not check the validity of the values in these fields.
You can evaluate these fields using the reporting functions in Loans Management or in SAP BW.
Example
A loan has been arranged by the following organizational unit:
- Sales Region: EMEA ( =Europe, the Middle East and Africa)
- Branch Office: CH (Switzerland)
- Organizational District: VS (for Valais)
- Agent District: BALP (for Bettmeralp)
