Definition

Occupancy of the rental unit by means of a current rental agreement.

Use

This indicator is used to determine the current occupancy type of the rental unit (system default).

For third-party usage and corporate group usage, you use the flow types (with the corresponding account determination) defined for the condition type.

The reference flow types (with the corresponding account determination) defined in Customizing are used for own usage.

Dependencies

For own usage you have to specify a cost center in the rental agreement. The cost center is then debited instead of a customer in the debit position.

To assign a cost center, press ENTER once you have entered the own usage indicator.
