Definition

Rental unit occupancy in current rental agreement.

This indicator determines

  • the occupancy history of the rental unit as well as the current rental unit occupancy type
    • the transaction types defined for the condition type are used (with the corresponding account determination) for third-party or corporate group usage
    • the reference transaction types defined in customizing (with the corresponding account determination) are used for private usage.
  • You must enter a cost enter in the rental agreement for private usage. The cost center will be debited instead of the customer during the debit position procedure.
