Settings in this group box are required when you want to adjust the calculation basis in a sales-based rental agreement (sales grading) using an index.

Only the condition type is adjusted, not the sales grading for the condition type.

Dependencies

• These settings only affect rental agreements whose primary adjustment type is set to sales-based rent and whose secondary adjustment type is set to index-linked rent (or vice versa).

• You have to specify a sales-based condition type in the Condition type field.
