Definition
This field indicates which of the three entries of a representative list of rents field is used as the basic rent:
- ' ' : No specification (currently corresponds to 'M')
- 'L' : Lower value of representative list of rents field
- 'M' : Mean value of representative list of rents field
- 'H' : Higher value of representative list of rents field
The total rent is calculated from the basic rent plus any surcharges according to the fixtures and fittings characteristics of the rental unit.
