Definition

The file number identifies the file. A file always belongs to exactly one main file which in its turn belongs to the overall file.

The file represents the clerk level for the rollover.

Note

Files (rollover file) are the data processing representation of a customary file. They are divided into several registers each of which can contain any number of loans. A loan can only be contained in one register of a file at any one time. It can, however, be moved between files, be deleted from a file or added to a file. The loans are sorted into the different registers of the file automatically and cannot be directly influenced by the user.
