Definition
The main file ID identifies the main file. A main file is a logical entity that is subdivided into several files and which again is part of the overall file.
The main file represents the department head level for the rollover process.
Note
Files (rollover file) are the data processing representation of a standard folder. They are subdivided into several registers, each containing any number of loans. A loan can only be contained in one register of a file at any one time. It can however, be moved back and forth between files, be deleted from a file or added to a file. Loans are sorted into the different registers of the file automatically and cannot be directly influenced by the user.
