Definition
Surcharge or reduction percentage on the rent due (USD/m2) calculated based on the representative list of rents>. The maximum surcharge and reduction is dependent on tenancy law and is defined in Customizing.
If the representative list of rents adjustment is calculated according to points, the calculated number of points is increased or decreased by the percentage rate defined here.
A reduction must be specified with a minus sign (-).
