If the indicator "Transfer conditions to RU when RA expires" is set, the conditions of the rental agreement are transferred to the rental unit at the percentage rate entered here.
Example
Basic rent in rental agreement: 1000 USD
Transfer percentage rate: 80 %
Notice given on rental agreement on: 12/31/95
When notice is given on the rental agreement, the condition "Basic rent 800 USD" is entered for the rental unit as of 01/01/96.
Company code-dependent values can be defined in Customizing for the transfer indicator as well as for the transfer percentage rate.
