Apportionment loss risk

Use

Here you can specify a percentage surcharge on the proportional settlement result for rental units with a certain usage type (such as social housing).

Dependencies

When the system calculates the apportionment loss risk within the service charge settlement, it only takes into account rental units with one of the following criteria:

1. The usage type has the Apportionment loss risk indicator in Customizing.
2. The Public subsidy from/to fields in the Additional data tabstrip are maintained (regardless of the setting in Customizing).
