Use
Here you can specify a percentage surcharge on the proportional settlement result for rental units with a certain usage type (e.g. social housing).
Dependencies
When calculating the apportionment loss risk with the service charge settlement, the system only takes into account rental units
- whose usage type in Customizing the apportionment loss risk is set
- or for which the Public subsidy from/to (Additional data register) fields are maintained, independently of the setting in Customizing.

Use
Here you can specify a percentage surcharge which will be charged only to this rental unit in the service charge settlement on the settlement result.
Dependencies
The system only takes this apportionment loss risk into consideration within the service charge settlement if one of the following applies:
- The Apportionment loss risk RU percentage indicator is set in the service charge settlement selection screen
- The usage type of the rental unit has the Apportionment loss risk indicator in Customizing
- The Public subsidy from/to fields in the rental unit are maintained (independently of the setting in Customizing).
