States that the percentage rate of the warm water consumption forms the calculation basis for the distribution of costs of the master SU to the participating settlement units.

Example

You have posted an invoice for warm water and heating expenses in the amount of 1000 USD to the master unit and now want to the predistribute the corresponding warm water portion to the settlement units with the warm water service charge key, and the remainder to the heating expenses SU.

For each settlement unit you can proceed in one of the following ways:

• Enter the warm water portion manually.

• Calculate the value for the warm water SU according to §9a of the German heating expenses law. (Calculation procedure)
