Definition

States that an apportionment unit forms the calculation basis for the distribution of costs of the master SU to the participating settlement units.

Example

You have posted an invoice for gardening and house cleaning in the amount of 1000 USD to the master SU;

You now want to predistribute this amount to the settlement units (SU) with the gardening or house cleaning service charge key,

  • proportional to the number of persons
  • that belong to the participating rental units of the respective SU.

In this case you assign the corresponding apportionment unit centrally to the SUs.

Dependencies

The related apportionment factor must exist on the rental units or rental agreements assigned to the SUs.
