Use

You can use this group box to indicate a percentage surcharge on the proportional settlement result.

The different indicators are as follows:

1. Management costs surcharge

   This indicator is set if the same surcharge is to be calculated for all rental units or rental agreements.

2. Apportionment loss risk
1. Apportionment loss risk percentage

   The specified surcharge is calculated on the settlement result for rental units with a certain usage type (See the next field).

2. Apportionment loss risk RU percentage

   A surcharge is only carried out for rental units with a specified apportionment loss risk (Additional data register, Perc.surcharge field).

3. No costs surcharge

   A surcharge is not calculated.
