If this indicator is at '0', planned due dates that lie before runtime start are moved to the runtime start date.
If this indicator is set at '1', planned due dates that lie before runtime start or after fixed period end are moved to the runtime start date or fixed period end date.
If this indicator is set at '2', planned due dates that lie after the fixed period end are moved to the fixed period end date and those that lie before runtime start remain unchanged.
If this indicator is set at '3', planned due dates that lie before runtime start or after fixed period end remain unchanged.
