Definition

To be able to transfer correction data from Classic RE correction items (assets), you have to remove any trivial amounts that were posted.

Proceed as follows:

  • Up to the date of the migration, execute the correction runs in Classic RE, for example, last correction run in Classic RE takes place on May 31, 2007.
  • Using this transaction (FOVIM) remove the trivial amounts that were posted in Classic RE. Enter the date of the last correction run (in this example, May 31, 2007), and set the Migration parameter.
  • Transfer all posted corrections from the current year to RE-FX. It is useful here to enter the beginning of the calendar year as the date of the first correction (FIRSTCALCDATE). Doing so ensures that all monthly corrections for the previous months are calculated again in RE-FX.
