Definition

It´s the value that determine which variables must be used to calculate the BASE VALUE for the ICI calculation.

There are 4 possible values:

• AF (Buidling Area)

BASE VALUE = SELLING VALUE * PERCENTAGE RAISE

• FC (Building)

BASE VALUE = CADASTRAL REVENUE * PERCENTAGE RAISEwhere CADASTRAL REVENUE is determined by the calculation:

BASE REVENUE * REVAL. COEFF. * REGION. COEFF.

• FD (Building type 'D')

BASE VALUE = D-BUILDING VALUE * PERCENTAGE RAISE

Thanks to a pop up is possible to find the D-BUILDING VALUE.

It is the sum of the building values for each year of its life.

BUILDING VALUE of an year is calculated multiplying the ASSET INCREMENTATIVE COST of that year by the ANNUAL COEFFICIENT.
