Definition
If this indicator is set, all the rental units in the cost efficiency analysis, that were assigned an internal usage type other than 02 (publicly subsidized apartment) are selected (the allocation is carried out indirectly by assigning an external usage type).
The rent for these rental units (and/or the rental agreements that refer to them, depending on the selection) is then adjusted using the values that the cost efficiency analysis determined for this RU group.
