If this indicator is set, the rental units in the cost efficiency analysis that were assigned the internal usage type 02 (publicly subsidized apartments) are selected (the allocation is carried out indirectly by assigning an external usage type).
The rent for these rental units (and/or the rental agreements that refer to them, depending on the selection) is then adjusted using the values that the cost efficiency analysis determined for this RU group.
