Definition

Indicator is set

States that the newly calculated rent is increased for rental units up to the excessive rent limit.

Indicator is not set

Excessive rent limit is not considered.

Dependencies

Two percentage values can be stored in Customizing for this purpose, depending on the tenancy law:

  1. Excessive rent limit: legally permitted maximum
  2. Default value: less than/equal to maximum value

Notes

One single value from Customizing cannot be displayed as a default in this field, since the excessive rental limit depends on the tenancy law (that is stored at the level of the business entity) and given that rental agreements/rental units of various business entities can be adjusted in an adjustment run.
