Condition types are assigned to this account settlement factor in customizing. The apportionment units are not maintained manually in the master data screens (rental unit, rental agreement) but determined automatically in the simulation or production run of the incidental expenses account settlement. The condition types mentioned above are evaluated in the objects on a pro rata basis for this purpose.
