Definition
If this indicator is set, the calculation unit is blocked for any type of activity. It is then neither possible to change the rental unit allocations nor enter invoices in the calculation unit. It is not included in the incidental expenses account settlement. The calculation unit is practically deactivated by the blocking indicator.
