Definition
If this indicator is set in an adjustment based on relative factors (standard of living index, mortgage loan rate change and/or maintenance and operating costs index), the typical local rent is adjusted in the same ratio as the rent amount.
In this way the rent reserve remains the same percentage before and after the adjustment (see Adjust rent reserve from appreciation).
