Definition
The indicator specifies whether the base rate for the correction items has already been calculated. If the indicator is set, the base rate has not yet been calculated. The value '0' (%) for the base rate is only then the actual value of the base rate for the correction items if the indicator is not set, i.e. the value '0' has been calculated as the base rate.
